Course Timetable

Our Spring Karate Course offers a wide variety of activities, from our core Training classes to our exclusive Dan Grading Classes designed for those grading to 1st Dan or above in the next year.  And let's not forget our annual Kata Competition, which is open to all ages and skill levels.

There are two payment options to choose from: either pay in advance for the entire week and enjoy as many classes as you like, or pay on the day if you're planning on attending only once or twice. To make things easier for everyone, we strongly recommend booking and paying in advance. It will save you precious time on the day so you can focus on your training.

Things To Do

Paignton is a beautiful coastal resort with a mild climate and numerous small fishing boats and private craft which give the area a Mediterranean look and thus dub it: The English Riviera.

Whether you'd like to visit to Paignton Zoo, take a ride on the Dartmouth Steam Train, or just enjoy the scenery, our course timetable will give you plenty of time to enjoy all that the surrounding area has to offer. If you need some inspiration on how to spend your time outside the sports centre we would recommend looking here.
